The website provides the possibility to make online reservations and purchase vouchers for services offered by SMART PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS Ltd.

III. Reservations and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable at reception upon check-in.
Cancellation policy:

Up to 10 days before arrival – full refund of the deposit

Less than 10 days – deposit is non-refundable
Force majeure: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen circumstances, the company may cancel reservations without refund but will offer alternative dates or vouchers.
IV. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Bank transfer (at the client’s request – IBAN must be provided)
For card payments, the amount is verified via CVV and bank authentication (Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode).
Currency differences are calculated according to the card issuer’s rate on the transaction day.

We collect personal information such as name, address, phone, email, and card details.
Data is used solely for executing the reservation and payment.
Data may be shared with payment operators and banks only for transaction purposes.
